Sameer Pimpale
With over 22 years of experience in diverse consulting assignments, Sameer leads the Consulting and Training Division at Acumen Business Catalyst. His expertise encompasses Strategic Facilitation, Organization Restructuring, Process Optimization, HR Enhancement, Competency Mapping, and the establishment and operation of Assessment Centers.
He serves as the Strategic Product Head for our collaboration with the Centre for Leadership Studies, and as a Certified Facilitator for Situational Leadership® himself, he conducts transformative leadership workshops for Indian and global audiences across industries.
As a senior thought leader, subject matter expert, and author, Dr. Sam Shriver brings over 35 years of direct experience to his role with Situational Leadership®, organizational behavior, and leadership development at the Centre for Leadership Studies. His expertise is grounded in a robust academic background though his contributions extend beyond academia.
Dr. Shriver has designed and developed over 200 custom leadership and coaching programs. He is a prolific author, having penned numerous white papers, journal articles, blogs, and the acclaimed book and audio series "From Coach to Coach"
